Whats the best FTA reciever?

I have a viewsat ultra and it was fine for loading a bin and watching but for bird hunting and blind scans I think there is a more user friendly reciever out there. I have asked for help to find channels in the past and some one has always been able to help me out by telling me the tp's ect but this viewsat would have never found the sat if not for the help. Thanks to all by the way.

Thanks for your input

Cant the pansat discover TP's or channels with out having to manually enter? Also when your recieving a signal from a satellite will it tell you the sats name?

The best receivers IMO for true fta and motor control are the Kbox and the old Coolsat 4/5/6k receivers..... From what I have seen of other units, these win me over hands down...

I vote for the CS 6K. None better for true FTA and motor control.

Pansat and Fortec came out of the same factory. In fact it was possible to swap OS between them, and run Pansat 2500 bins on a FLU, and vice versa, as long as the corresponding RCU was used as well.
