4DTV lost digital channels - FTA

I have a 10 foot dish, c and ku band, and motorola 4dtv receiver. I installed a new acturator. Had some problems and done a factory reset. Now I have lost my digigal channels, 100's, 200's etc.. Anyone have any ideal how to fix this problem.

sounds like you need a re hit call your provider only takes a phone call.

Thanks for the info but I fixed it. I went to Options, 6, 7,7,8,0 and let it sit for a few minutes. Seems to have fixed it.
