try blind scan

I always blind scan, It takes long but you get all channels

i have my viewsat extreme i have no channels now but i heard if i had a bigger sat i wud get the channels is this true and also i was wondering if i cud change from echostar since it isnt workin to another one that is available like galaxy or something else

OK, folks, try to stay on topic. See the thread title? FTA channel list.

Billyp, you can get true FTA like Galaxy 18 but you will need a 33" or larger dish and a linear LNB to do it.

need help i chack lyngsat for 123.0w c beam or c band i have superdish where can i get lnb for c band? thank you for your help.

I believe c-band/beam is BUD (BIG USEFUL DISH) you can put a LNB but i don't believe you would catch anything with superdish. there are "mini bud" systems, but it depends where are you/footprint of the signal.
So in short unless you want to put up a bud I would suggest you look for Ku frequencies.
