Getting started with true fta

I would like to get started testing true fta & have a few questions. Planning on getting 36" dish with dual linear (10750) lnb. Will this work? Want to get 123W. What satellite would this show up as in antenna setup? Would I have to add tps manually according to lynsat? (I checked my pansat 9200 & G-10R tps start at 11720). Could I get hd channels on 123W? Sorry for so many questions, but I like to find things out before I jump in. I have a pansat 2800, 250sm, 9200, neosat ipro 2000 plus. Will any or all of these work for true fta? Thanks for any answers anyone can supply.

all will work great pansats are the best for true free to air!! yes your dish is a very good pick G10/KU IS 123W when you find your sat BLINDSCAN thats it!! one thing i will tell you is a factory bin works the best its tweeked in for free to air. i would not get any smaller then the 36" 39" is the best i use an old prime* dish and am very happy with it!! when you get ready need help just ask AND make sure you have a sig finder it is a must with true free to air!!

1. Yes your dish and lnb will work
2. It sometimes show at as G-10R
3. No need to add TPs just locate the satellite and blindscan
4. NO (HD channels) because they are the C ban side and encrypted
5. All your box you've named will work with FTA. PS control motorized dishes very well.

All FTA receivers will work for FTA. These receivers were out long before it was discovered that they work for 3rd party software
