Confused about AMC4 - FTA

My parents currently have their dish pointed to 61.5, but now that they are down they were looking into alternatives. The only channel they watch is RTP so looked up true FTA and saw its on AMC4. Now can I just re-aim my current dish and have it work (Coolsat 5000) or do I need a new LNB and/or receiver?

The receiver will work but you will need a linear lnb and a bigger dish 30"+.
