I actually think you are wrong... Charlie needs to make money - that's the whole idea of the company. In what way does Charlie not look out for his customers? From an objective point of view, he does everything to pamper his clients. Like he should.

FTA-testers are a big zit in the butt of Charlie. He loses money with FTA-testers, so he will always hunt testers down, no matter how few and apart they are. I believe in addition that most testers - as you say - don't have subs. Most = > 50%

But hey, that's my opinion. Don't mean to offend anyone here. Still waiting for N3 fix to pop out.
