Vs Ultra Guide Issues

My guide for dish,is great but my other guide is mostly no info.when i go to recieve guide it says no guide found,any ideas how to fix this.

don't know what your other guide is, but if its a northern provider we are not allowed to talk about it here, so be careful about what your asking about.

If you leave it on a channel it should populate the guide at least for the current hour your watching.
