The best way to get the channels back is, erase all the channels or make a factory default at your machine and scan again all the channels.... Put the correct information in antenna setup and scan the satelite one by one... Good Luck!!!!

Like rada mentioned - do a rescan. Make sure you are having a good Q signal

and if you still have same problem you must do : factory def. - install 3 times in a row factory file and last bin file.
Note: not all factory bins can corect your problem so you must try to see whitch one's working for you. On my Platinum few yers ago with same problem i was trying virgin 2013, virg 2061 and finally got it to work with virgin 2051 by FTALooker.
