Ports 13, 14, 15 And 16

In Trying To Load The Latest Bin From My Friends Lap Top To His Platinum 2000 We Can't Get Loader 2.1 To Work Because There Are Only 10 Ports On The Loader And His Lap Top (device Mangager) Lists His Four Usb Ports As 13, 14, 15, And 16. He Has No Serial (nine Pin) Connector On His Lap Top So We Have To Use A Usb To Serial Adapter. How Can We Make His High Numbered Ports Be Excepted By The Loader.
