Still no picture with new bin

I am using a ViewSat Platinum.

- I loaded a factory bin "VIEWSAT_PLAT_LITE_V273.PGM" and connected to the LNB

- Turned it on and was able to change channels, view channel 100, 101.

- I then loaded today's fix "DBPSW-080301.PGM"
Reconnected to LNB but I am getting "Autoroll processing..." and no picture.

What am I doing wrong?

check you settings and possibly use an optkey file to jump start the roll process

when Oly says check your settings he also means check the A/R to make sure it is turned on.....did you do a factory default aswell, maybe do a re-scan for all channels...let us know, it's not fun when one is having trouble

Nevermind, I just didnt wait long enough.

The Autoroll threw me off since I never had to after loading new bins on the Viewsat Platinum.

All is good, thanks.

new bin works perfect, if you did a little reading on the problems going on today, you just follow the instructions, unplug sat cable, reset with new bin, hardboot etc and all is perfect in the fta WORLD, THANKS AGAIN CODERS, JOB WELL DONE AS USUAL!
