Incorrect file Load now lit up screen

I was gone and my husband tried to load a new file for our Viewsat Ultra. He said he may have loaded the wrong file type so I went in and loaded the 0710 file. It now is stuck and on the screen is just lit up? I turned it off then waited and turned back on and it will not even come up for me to be able to hit menu to load another file? I am not for sure what to do?

make your husband cook dinner, mow the lawn and walk the dog... then load the factory bin 3 times. after that you can load the current file, configure the antenna settings then scan

I know Ohh I better get more than that!! Can I still do this when I use the USB load? I can not even get it to come up to select...

dont push your luck on the new diamonds...lol ...you may need to use the cable and loader 2

OK I am slow... cable? We have always used the USB? A friend loaded all the files etc in the beginning for us so I would not have to do that. I will have to unhook everthing from it and then hook it up to my computer right? If so that bites cuz it is in a different room....

The main problem is that I cant even get it to start up when I hit menu. The front is lit up but I cant even get to the USB to try to open. I have now unhooked everything was going to try to directly load somehow from my computer but not for sure how? Do I use the serial cable? (but yes I did read that feature and plan on implementing it as soon as I can get into the file to run them....

I have the serial cable conntected to my computer hoping my computer will notice that i have attached it but no luck yet...

Gotcha. OK I tried it hooked it back up waited for it to try to read and reload but it still would not load the front is still lit up with all these wierd things when I turn it on. (not the usb or inst or end like in the instructions) just the wierd Asomethingthen AAA.... is what it looks like but some are lit up more than others...
