VS Pro - No Picture - FTA

I think I've seen it posted before but can't find it, but anyway here's my problem:

I haven't used my VS Pro for a few days, and when I re-connected it, scanned all the sats,
got all the channels, but no picture or sound. It only shows DVB.

I'm using the latest fix taken from the files section.

Please re-educate me. Thank you.

We're still waiting on a fix. Everything VS except the 7000/Pro has theirs out already.

I have had trouble with the last 2 fixs listed in the VS Pro file section that end with" rar"
I have had to get file from other location

redrock1 rather than having to get the files from "another location" why not go here and get winrar?
