I presume you are alreday locked on the Sat and your STB settings are correct; so load latest file for Ultra (08-11-03) and you should be fine

|
when I plug the receiver to power plug I see the light blink on the display on the receiver and then it goes blank and nothing on the tv screen. This the problem, any solution the fix it.

On the lcd on the box does it have ----- dashes across it? or just blank
