is your time correct?
Do you let it sit on channel 239 WGN? How long has it been since you last did a channel scan

The time is correct.
I have the unit for 6 months and scanned the channel about a month ago. I did not dit on 239 (will try tonight). Thanks

same problem here..time correct, settings & ports OK, signal fine 80+ and still "not found"
How long on 239 ?? and i don't think i have ever channel scanned.. i have had the same sat file for 2 years, maybe time for a new one ? VS-X

I don't have 239 - anyone know is that on 110/119 and TP #?

239 is on sat 119w and transponder 12472.119w has two transponders which transmit the epg info and 110w has one transponder.
44 hour epg on 119w (12472) Any channel on this tp will load epg. 9 day epg on 119w (12486) Any channel on this tp will load epg. 44 hour epg on 110 (12516) Any channel on this tp will load epg

All is OK for me now,factory default, loaded latest sat file for X and auto scanned, only difference is guide shows 2 hours of programming instead of 1 hour but "no information" is all gone and epg works fine
