Very Hard to figure your post out...
13% signal is like having the cable disconnected!
NO Quality means your Not seeing the Sat in the Sky.

It sounds like a BAD COAX, either a break or corrosion.
Replace the cable and see what happens?

If you point the dish to the ground it still will give you 70-90 + Signal that LNB is being seen by STB. So looks like a bad coax or bad connection in it...

Also check your switch settings if your usinf a switch.

sure you using RG-6 not RG-58?
Just another thought. Assuming all right hardware is in place, sounds like either cabling or alignment issue to me, would need more info (exact details) before more pointers could be made.

cable might be and issue i have to get more cable
wich is better RG-6 or RG-58?
since it just snowed 30 cm last night i will wait till it stops and melts a bit with warmer temps to go on the roof (3 stories high)

but i i get 13% signal 0% quality and it jsut happend from 1 day to another without warning, weird

ya have to use rg6, rg59 wont work. but like Gib says ya should get more signal than that just pointing ya dish at the ground. check ya coax and if ya using a external switch check that aswell/by pass it

I had the same problem. The signal would randomly jump from a steady 10-12 to about 96...it basically flashed to 96 Signal real quick every few minutes.

I replaced the coax cable and it now Im anywhere from a steady 70-96 signal. You might want to try the same thing.

I would check the dish and LNB for snow. I had a similar problem and they were covered in snow. Removed it and all was good. The snow has been very wet and sticky.

DN is working just fine, either 2 things here you have a bad connection ( Signal ) you should always get 70% or higher as long as its plugged from the LNB to the Box. if not then either wrong cable or a connection problem.

you said signal is good and hasnt moved well if that was the case and you are pointed at DN and your settings are correct you should get something in quality. if not then your not locked into the correct sat.
