Considering we're all doing the same thing (FTA) and we obviouslly enjoy our sports and movies. How about a movie, music review section or up to date sports scores (ticker)

I agree with the previous poster. Another site which has since gone underground had a wonderful Software/Warez area that was chock full of stuff such as Music, Movies, Games, Utilities etc. That was worth the price of admission alone!

I'm sure among us we all have a few things to offer???

I was wondering if we could have a Visiting Mod/Admin section for NON FTA forums. The reason being is so those of us including myself who have non FTA forums could raise our membership and not take anything away from Rookie.

I really like the idea of some VIP sports forums, NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA etc. Lots of testers get into this hobby because of the great sports offerings. If we can get a handful of people REGULARLY talking smack in these forums, it has the potential to be a lot of fun.

Since there is no discussion allowed in the file download area, I would like to see a link to a discussion about the new files. Maybe not just for VIP, but for all users.

Quite often if there are members who feel discussion of a file is required they will simply go to the appropriate forum and start a thread, IE bin 160 discussion etc.

Also for the MODS to "create a link and discussion thread" for EACH bin, would be an IMMENSE amount of work especially when the fixes all come out close together

Just FYI the reason we allow NO discussion in the files forums is MOST members SUBSCRIBE to the file forum of their receiver and therefore EACH time a post was made they would receive an email notification and they would flood the site to get the "latest bin" when if fact it may be someone posting is bin 160 working??? that is one of the MAIN reasons we also switched ALL file forums over to "moderated" forums. This means EACH file must have it authenticity verified and be approved by a MOD before the file is visible in the forums to members.
