ok... now i see in thread window that i am active vip.... my next question is why i cannot download any new bins or when i go to contact us i allways get the ecm in progress wait 6 hours before trying again. another member was kind enough to e-mail me the 590a bin for my pansat250sm sunday but i would still like to be able to get it myself like i used to before. please tell me what i can do on my end to correct this situation....... it has been like this since last thursday. thank you

There is nothing preventing you or anyone else from downloading bin files.

im serious....i cannot even get old 589a file... i get to the link but when i try to d-load i allways get to the ecm screen.... has been doing this since thursday

Ahh, we don't even have an ECM screen that I'm aware of, we have a screen for when the site is down. I just went through every files section here and they all work 100%.. Sounds like you have an issue on your end. Did you delete all the cookies and temp internet files?

We do have a screen that says something about ECM in progress but it only shows up when the server is under havey load.
