well this is a shocker, this is true, i put a p-4 card in a t911, tried the 368, different t911 the 3.57, then iso reader 3.58, 3,68 & finally 6mhz and fooled around with it,switch from dumb mouse to smart mouse tried them in extremehu and winexplorer i have no idea what i did or how to repeat what i did but i can tell you i looked at channel 599 & 594 this morning. so we will see how long it lasts, i have 25 tries, i still don't know what sat to use for music i put the card in the ird just to see what would work and presto, so the p-4 and drd420 will still get some channels, not very many but some, no music and that is what i was looking for.

101 degree sat I think. Up around ch900. I would not think a p4 would be the way to go, but from what other's have said it does not take much active in card to get music channels--they are not scrambled but the card does have to tell the box to show them on guide and let you switch to them. Music channels are almost like the open channels on DTV--preview and ordering info channels are not scrambled.

Thanks for the info in my present setup on 101 is the weakest signal or quality setting so i need to make some adjustments, i do get excellent sound on my P-3 card but it took me some doing before i finally got it to work, when i do these kind of things i have to be what you guys call "spoon fed", i don't understand between the lines, so i do have some info from years ago that a friend gave me that helped, as for the p-4 card all's i can tell you no music but a few other channels, you would have to look at the channel numbers to see what i was referring to,
and because i have not been able to get winexplorer to work i can't save the file (always get errors) but maybe if you have Crusaider v4.1 that might help, if you could pm with it great
